> What can I do at MyTT?

Prepaid plan – With MyTT site you can access to services associated with your account, in a quick and easy way. Consult internet usage and consumptions on calls, SMS and data, consult prepaid recharges and movements and to enable or disable campaigns and tariffs packages, are some of the options MyTT site.
Postpaid plan – With MyTT site you can access to services associated with your account, in a quick and easy way. You can view and print invoices and change billing data, check your internet usage and consumptions on calls, SMS and data, consult prepaid recharges and movements and to enable or disable campaigns and tariffs packages.

> How can I register on MyTT site?

Prepaid plan – To obtain a password, with a prepaid plan, simply send an SMS, free, to number 8305 with the following format: { PREPAID PHONE NUMBER } {SPACE} {ORIGINALPIN}. After sending this SMS, you will receive a reply, from number 8305, with the password for MyTT. Enter your mobile number and your password and click "Login" and you are ready to enter MyTT.
Postpaid plan – To obtain the user name and password for MyTT with postpaid plan, contact your account manager or go to a Timor Telecom store. The required data are: number and account name, number of customer (or a recent invoice) and voter registration card or passport. If you represent a corporate client but don´t have an account manager you should provide all the requirements and a document stating that you are representing the company.

> How can I recover the password for MyTT?

Prepaid plan – To recover the password for MyTT with prepaid plan, simply send an SMS, free, to number 8305 with the following format: { PREPAID PHONE NUMBER } {SPACE} {ORIGINALPIN}. After sending this SMS, you will receive a reply, from number 8305, with your new password for MyTT.
Postpaid plan – To recover the password MyTT with postpaid plan, just go to a store Timor Telecom and request a new password or contact your account manager.

> Where can I see the bills for each month (for postpaid plan only)?

To see the invoice click on the "View Invoice". Then, choose the month of the invoice you want to read and can open in PDF format. You can also save or print. NOTE: Invoices are only available for postpaid plans.

> How can I change the data billing (for postpaid plan only)?

You can change the billing data in the "Request". Has ability to change your address, your e-mail address and telephone number of your invoice with a brief explanation of your request in the "Remarks".

> How can I check my balance?

Prepaid plan – Consult your balance in "Prepaid Movements" option in the "Account balance."
Postpaid plan – Consult your balance in "Invoice Inquiry" option in the "Balance".

> How can I check the recharges made?

You can see monthly, your monthly recharges on your "Prepaid Movements." You can also see all the pre-paid activities for services associated with your card.

> How can I check the calls I've made in a given month?

See who made the calls from "Traffics and consumption", choose the month you want and then select the "VOICE". In this menu you can see the calls made during a particular month, and the duration, time and date of call.

> How can I check SMS sent in any given month?

See your SMS "traffic and consumption", choose the month you want and then select "SMS". In this menu you can see the SMS that has ever sent during any given month, as well as the amount, time and day of the SMS.

> How can I check the internet traffic that was made in any given month?

See internet traffic from "Traffics and consumption", choose the month you want and then select the "Data".

> What kind of request can I make on MyTT?

With MyTT site you can make requests to enable, disable or change tariffs, services and campaigns, may seek clarification and information on all the services associated with your account. If you have a postpaid plan, you can even request invoices and billing change data.

> How can I make a request on MyTT site?

You can make request in MyTT menu "Requests". Press the "Make new request ". Select the number of service you want and then fill in the name, email, phone number and notes with brief descriptions of what you want. Finally, click on "Make request".

> How can I see an older request?

To check the status of your requests click on the "Requests". There are five different types of status: Open (The application was registered), In Process (The request is being examined by us), Pending (The request is waiting for validation), Closed (The request was resolved) or Cancelled (the request was canceled).
