What is Pulsa with Prize?

Physical Pulsa of $ 2, $ 5 or $ 10 that have a free prize.

Who can use these Pulsas?

These Pulsas are destined to prepaid and postpaid customers.

Only physical Pulsa has prizes?

Yes, the winning Pulas are only physical.

Where can I buy a winning Pulsa?

These Pulsas can be purchased at any point of sale (TT agents and stores).

How do I know what my prize is?

On the back of the Pulsa, you can scrap and check its prize.

Do all clients get a prize?

Yes, everyone gets.

How do clients receive the prize?

Prepaid customers receive the prize automatically.
Postpaid customers receive TT1, TT5 and 10MB awards automatically. The remaining awards have a match set out in the regulation and must be claimed by the customer.

How to claim the prize?

The postpaid customer must call 172 (number TT customer support) or go to a TT store to claim the prize.

How does the matching prizes for post-paid work?

It is done by charging another prepaid or we manually adjust to the postpaid plafond.

What to do when the prize is not applicable to my plan?

The client will receive the following message: "Congratulations, ita manan premiu neebe sei troka ho premiu seluk neebe ekivalente no validu ba ita nia planu. Atu reklama, favor liga ba 172 ka hakat ba Loja TT". Then you should call 172 (number of customer support TT) or go to a TT store. You can request loading another prepaid or manual adjustment to your postpaid plafond.

Where can I get my physical prize?

The customer can get the physical prize in any TT store.

Do I have a deadline to claim the physical prize?

Yes, within 30 days of receipt of the notification: "Congratulations, ita manan TTKman ida! Atu foti premiu, favor hakat ba loja TT neebe Besik no hatudu ita nia numeru, SMS ida nee no kartaun identidade.".

What documents should I bring?

Passport or electoral card, the award-winning Pulsas and the message received with the prize notification.

How can I complain?

You can file a complaint in a TT store or call 172 (number of TT customer support). You have until 18:00 of the third working day after you receive the notification.

And if the complaint is about a Physical Prize?

You can file a complaint in a TT store or call 172 (number of TT customer support). You have until 18:00 of the third working day following the date you got the prize from the store.

And if the complaint is submitted after the deadline?

Complaints submitted after the deadlines will not be considered.
