Regulation
“Raspadinhas Físicas Premiadas” (Winning Scratch Cards)



Timor Telecom, S.A., hereinafter “Timor Telecom”, with head-office at Rua Presidente Nicolau Lobato, Timor Plaza, 4.º Piso, company number 1014630, registered in the National Directorate of Domestic Commerce under no. 01847Q/MTCI/XI/2012 intends to launch a a new type of physical recharge “pulsa” campaign called “Raspadinhas Físicas Premiadas”, which will be governed by the following terms and conditions:

Clause One
Purpose


  1. The “Raspadinhas Físicas Premiadas” campaign will entitle all clients who buy a physical refill of 2$, 5$ or 10$ to receive a free prize.


Clause Two
Acceptance, duration and advertising


  1. Participation in this campaign implies that the participant fully accepts and is bound by this regulation.
  2. The present type of pulsa will start on 3 December 2015 and it will last 1 (one) year, and can, if Timor Telecom wants to do so, be automatically renewed for an identical period of time.
  3. The advertisement related to this type of pulsa will be through the following: outdoors, billboards in Timor Telecom stores, flyers, on the website of Timor Telecom (www.timortelecom.tl), Sapo TL (www.sapo.tl), on the facebook page of Timor Telecom, TV at the Timor Telecom stores and radio.
  4. Timor Telecom ensures that the information provided through such media contains all the information needed to participate in the campaign


Clause Three
Participants


  1. The type of pulsa presented here is intended for prepaying and postpaying clients of the Timor Telecom network.
  2. Giving the prize as a ceiling, campaign or pack depends on how the ceiling, campaign or pack apply to the current prepaid or postpaid mobile profiles in force. In other words, if some profiles or plans are disqualified from having the ceiling, campaign or pack, then such profiles will continue to be disqualified from enjoying the benefits. .


Clause Four
Prizes


  1. Prizes for the prepaid clients regarding no ceiling credit, activation of a campaign or pack are automatically awarded to the mobile phone number that activates the pulsa.
  2. Prizes for the postpaid clients are shown in the table in annex 1 which is part of this regulation.
  3. The physical prizes must be collected at one of the Timor Telecom stores
  4. Prizes for the prepaid and postpaid clients are shown in annex 1 of this regulation.
  5. Every “Raspadinhas Físicas Premiadas” of 2$, 5$ and 10$ have a prize associated to them.


Clause Five
Receiving the prizes


  1. When the client tops up the mobile phone, the prize associated to a specific coupon will be validated. It will also be validated if the benefit can be used in the plan of the card making the payment.
  2. The client will keep the awarded prize if the rule set in the preceding paragraph is observed, and will receive a notification of the awarded prize.
  3. If the prize being awarded is a physical prize, the client will also be notified on how to collect it at one of the Timor Telecom stores.
  4. If the prize to be awarded cannot be used in the client’s plan or profile, the client will also receive a notification on how he or she can claim another prize to replace it.
  5. The clients of this campaign have 30 days from the date of the notification to collect their physical prize.
  6. Postpaid clients have 30 days from the date of the notification to claim the replacement prize, described in annex 1 of this Regulation.
  7. After the period referred to in the preceding paragraph, the client will lose the right to the prize and no cash payment will be made to replace it.
  8. To benefit the physical prize, and only for the physical prize, the campaign client must show his or her collection book and voting card or passport, the data of which must tally with the identification held by Timor Telecom for the related mobile telephone number, the text message confirming the prize and the winning pulsa.
  9. 9. The client must sign a statement of discharge and the winning pulsa will be kept by Timor Telecom.


Clause Six
Complaints


  1. Complaints regarding the prizes to be awarded must be submitted to Timor Telecom at Timor Telecom stores, or by calling 172 by 6 p.m. of the 3 (three) working days after receiving the prize notification.
  2. In the case of the physical prize, complaints must be filed with Timor Telecom at the Timor Plaza stored, or by calling 172 by 6 p.m. of the 3(three) working days after the prize is collected at the store.
  3. Complaints submitted after the deadlines set out in the preceding paragraph will not be considered.


Clause Seven
Miscellaneous


  1. Timor Telecom reserves the right to (i) suspend this campaign at by given time, temporarily or permanently, or (ii) change the terms and conditions thereof, in which case it will provide the new rules on its website (www.timortelecom.tl), thus being exempted from any obligation or compensation to the participations.
  2. There will be no additional costs other than those referred to in these Regulations.
