Campaign Regulation
"Kolesaun Pulsa"

Timor Telecom, S.A., hereinafter “Timor Telecom”, with head-office at Rua Presidente Nicolau Lobato, Timor Plaza, 4.º Piso, company number 1014630, registered in the National Directorate of Domestic Commerce under no. 01847Q/MTCI/XI/2012 intends to launch a campaign called “Kolesaum Pulsa”, which will be governed by the following terms and conditions:

Clause One
Purpose

The “Koleasum Pulsa” is a campaign that will entitle all clients to win free prizes;
To participate in this campaign, the client must have a collection book provided by Timor Telecom where he or she will keep the pulsas..
Clients must keep their pulsas and as soon as they collect 10 different pulsas (2$, 5$ or 10$) they can exchange them for a prize. In other words, they must have 10 different pictures of each of the pulsa types.
To receive the prize, clients must go to a Timor Telecom store. The store, in turn, will validate and stamp the collection book, so that the pulsas cannot be used again to complete another collection book;
Clients may be entitled to the individual prizes upon completion of the 2$, 5$ or 10$ collection books and, at the end of the campaign, may still win a prize if they have completed the entire collection book;
The collection book is said to be complete when the client has collected 30 different pulsas.

Clause Two
Acceptance, duration and advertising

Participation in this campaign implies that the participant fully accepts and is bound by this regulation.
This campaign will start on 3 December 2015 and end on 31st July 2016.
The campaign will be advertised as follows: outdoors, billboards in Timor Telecom stores, flyers, on the website of Timor Telecom (www.timortelecom.tl), Sapo TL (www.sapo.tl), on the facebook page of Timor Telecom, TV at the Timor Telecom stores and radio.
Timor Telecom ensures that the information provided through such media contains all the information needed to participate in the campaign.

Clause Three
Participants

The campaign is for prepaying and postpaying clients of the Timor Telecom network.

Clause Four
Prizes

The prizes are as follows:

2$ collection book: TT pen or TT neck strap;
5$ collection book: TT mobile phone pocket or TT backpack;
10$ collection book: TT waist pouch or TT beach tennis rackets;
Full collection book: Headphones

2. Timor Telecom reserves the right to change the campaign’s prize if it runs out of stock according to table 1 in annex, which is integral part of this Regulation.

Clause Five
Receiving the prizes

After the period referred to in number 2 of clause two, the client will lose the right to the prize and no cash payment will be made to replace it.
To collect the prize, the campaign client must show his or her collection book and voting card or passport, the data of which must tally with the identification held by Timor Telecom for the related mobile telephone number;
The client’s data must be filled in the collection book.

Clause Six
Complaints

Complaints regarding the prizes to be awarded must be submitted to Timor Telecom at a Timor Telecom store, or by calling 172, 3 (three) working days after receiving the prize.
The date for receiving the prize will be noted at the Timor Telecom store when the prize is received.
Complaints submitted after the deadlines set out in the preceding paragraph will not be considered.

Clause Seven
Miscellaneous

Timor Telecom reserves the right to (i) suspend this campaign at by given time, temporarily or permanently, or (ii) change the terms and conditions thereof, in which case it will provide the new rules on its website (www.timortelecom.tp), thus being exempted from any obligation or compensation to the participations.
There will be no additional costs other than those referred to in these Regulations.
