WHAT IS VOICE MAIL?
Voice Mail is a Timor Telecom service that looks after your messages.
When you are not able to pick up a call, Voice Mail will pick up the call on your behalf.
Whoever calls can leave a message
Beforehand, you are able to know who called, the day, the hour and the phone number, even if no message was left (unanswered call).
VOICE MAIL PICK UP CALLS IF:
No answer: In case you don´t pick up your call, after 30 seconds, the call will be forwarded to Voice Mail
If you are out of coverage area: In case if you were to be in a no network covarage zone, the call will be immediately forwarded to Voice Mail.
If you are busy: In case if you phone is busy, the call will be forwarded to Voice Mail.
USING YOUR VOICE MAIL
To start using have your Voice Mail tyou would have to make the initial configurations.
Before it is configured, the service will not be available to be used.
Check the following instruction to start using your Voice Mail.
1. From you mobile phone, dial 133
2. Follow the instructions:
a) Choose a language that you want to use (Portuguese, English or Tetum)
b) Choose your personal code - PIN (4 to 10 digit)
c) If you wish, you may record your name (Identification).
